We are on the way to a revolution in personalised mass education”
Vincent DESNOT, CEO of Teach on Mars
1 – High-potential technologies at the service of humans:
✔ The “machine” is non-judgmental and infinitely patient, with a more holistic vision to bring together different points of view around the same subject,
✔ For engagement, immersion and the opportunity to make virtual and real interact will open up a new field of possibilities,
✔ Blockchain, known as the “internet of value”, is a means of building coalitions with a view to creating value or sharing value,
✔ Using these technologies in everyday life will provide support for content creation, pedagogical effectiveness and associated investments, structuring “just-in-time” training,
✔ Knowing how to “ask the right question” will be fundamental in exploiting these technologies.
2 – To move from the intention to train to the action of training, it is essential to organise an environment conducive to change:
✔ Take care before, during and after training,
✔ Spacing and timing training times to change behaviour,
✔ Suggest quizzes to help the memory stick.
3 – The company is changing! Talent management methods must adapt to the new professional context:
✔ Place creativity and curiosity at the centre of skills,
✔ Work on the co-creation of the relationship between the company and its employees,
✔ Putting sustainable development and the human at the heart of organisational strategy.
4 – AI’s vocation is to become a companion to go further:
✔ Advanced personalisation, improved information retention, more accurate assessment of skills, responsiveness, content production… all levers in support of learning,
✔ The human must remain at the heart of AI, the trainer’s human abilities such as empathy remain necessary for successful learning!
Sharing best practice from peers on engagement:
✔ Renewing your training offer, innovating to cultivate curiosity and the desire to learn.
✔ Creating rituals and routines for learners
✔ “Templatise” instructional design to improve effectiveness and deliverability
✔ Create ephemeral campaigns to capitalise on brand news and promote the content catalogue
✔ Create and promote the community of learners
✔ Support creativity and peer-to-peer learning
