In keeping with our continued commitment to offering you increasingly customised support, we are delighted to present to you Learning Insights, an exclusive service designed to develop your pedagogical skills and provide you with practical perspectives regarding the latest developments in educational sciences.
The goal is to decipher theories that can sometimes appear complex, and to make them clearer, more accessible and readily usable in professional situations.
The Learning Insights at a glance
Learning Insights are quarterly, 90-minute online sessions for clients who have signed up for this premium service.
During each session, we will present an educational theory or a current trend in the fields of pedagogy and Edtech. We aim to simplify concepts that are often regarded as abstract and to turn them into practical tools to use in work. You will gain an in-depth understanding of learning mechanisms and some concrete ideas for optimising your own pedagogical strategies.
Subjects in the 2024-2025 edition:
Session#1 – Theories of human memory and practical applications
Explore how memory and memorising mechanisms work, in order to design more effective educational content.
Session #2 – The science of engagement – motivate your learners
Learn how to identify and stimulate learners’ motivation to promote lasting engagement.
Session #3 – Design inclusive learning environments – from theory to practice
Discover proven methods for creating welcoming learning spaces, tailored to different target groups.
Session #4 – Semiotics – reading the signs
An introduction to the principles of semiotics and their impact on communication and understanding in a learning environment.
