Crédit du Maroc, a subsidiary of the French group Crédit Agricole, is launching MyCampus, the first mobile learning application in the banking sector in Morocco, developed in partnership with Teach on Mars.
Development, transparency and fairness
In early October, Crédit du Maroc unveiled the MyCampus application, which will provide training for the Group’s employees. Its objective is to allow them to learn more about their roles, to reinforce their knowledge and develop their skills, in order to benefit customers.
“Premised on the belief that human capital is its most valuable resource and its driving force, Crédit du Maroc continually strives to enable employees to fulfil their potential and has been building its integrated HR system for the last few years, based on three basic principles: developing transparency and fairness, promoting the culture of effectiveness and establishing performance at the bank”, explains Crédit du Maroc. This human project will go hand in hand with employees’ skill improvement and development, both personal and professional, making staff a priority for the Group. This is in line with the three main lines of action of the Group’s 2022 medium-term strategy, both on a client project and societal level.
An innovative learning experience
Crédit du Maroc is now innovating and positioning itself as a pioneer by launching – thanks to its in-house university (Université Crédit Du Maroc – UCDM) – MyCampus, a next generation training application.
Available on mobile, tablet and computer, in online and offline mode, the solution offers an attractive and user-friendly learning experience for employees thanks to ergonomic and fun environments. The launch of this application confirms the digital strategy of the Group’s training department. Through this application, the Credit du Maroc University, wants to encourage and offer attractive devices to employees with the aim of developing and anchoring their learning. At the same time, it allows employees to measure their progress, take up challenges and challenge their colleagues.
