On 10 September, Teach on Mars announced the signature of a strategic exclusive distribution partnership with Groupe DMM, the specialist in training, coaching and consulting. The two companies are thus joining forces to become the leader in next generation digital learning on the African continent and propose the best mobile first training ecosystem to the largest possible number of organisations and learners.
With this partnership, the two companies are addressing a growing demand for training solutions for learners who are becoming ever more connected and mobile. The benefit of this collaboration lies in the synergy between complementary know-how: one a specialist in HR, mobile learning and the other a software developer. By pooling their expertise, the two companies are now able to offer a comprehensive and innovative solution in digital learning. This agreement thus enables Groupe DMM to offer its customers a training experience backed by a native “mobile first” technology and Teach on Mars to extend its presence in Africa, thanks to Groupe DMM’s distribution network.
This partnership was made official at an event attended by around a hundred participants – customers, prospects and journalists – held on 19 September in Casablanca, to mark the launch of mobile learning in Africa. Executives from Groupe DMM and Teach on Mars took the opportunity to share their visions for the training market and their ambitions.
“I truly believe in the power and the relevance of the Teach on Mars mobile-first experience when it comes to the digital learning space. We are very proud to be joining forces with the European leader in mobile learning and to become its exclusive distributor in Morocco and Africa. This alliance is going to enable us to consolidate our position in the digital space by allowing us to support our customers and partners in the implementation of innovative solutions for the upskilling of their human capital” explains Halim Farajallah, Managing Director of Groupe DMM.
“I am delighted to announce the distribution partnership with Groupe DMM, which opens new horizons for us for development in Africa. This agreement is a perfect fit with our strategy to develop international distribution partnerships. Groupe DMM and Teach on Mars share common objectives: to facilitate the development of skills and multiply opportunities for learning to enable us to make progress as individuals, collectively and at the level of the planet as a whole” explains Vincent Desnot, Co-founder and CEO of Teach on Mars.
