At Teach on Mars, we strive to offer an ever more streamlined and efficient experience on our e-learning platform. We are therefore delighted to present a new function in the Mission Center: advanced sorting filters. Available from the end of January 2025, this enhancement was designed specifically to make organising and managing your courses easier.
Filters designed for you
When you have to wade through a long course list, pinpointing relevant courses quickly can sometimes be hard. Our new filters are an intuitive and powerful solution for managing your catalogue optimally. Here are four criteria you can now use to filter courses:
- Language: visualise courses in the catalogue in your preferred language, in an instant. Perfect for international and inclusive organisations such as yours.
- Status: find courses based on their progression. Be it “editing”, “test” or “published”, this filter lets you track the progression of your courses.
- Type: course, learning pathway, micro learning, web content or recommendation quiz? This filter enables you to select the format that best meets your needs.
- Publication status: Easily consult “already published” or “never published” courses to manage your back-office content more easily.
Streamlined organisation
Save precious time thanks to these new filters. There is no longer any need to wade through a long list to find relevant courses. In just a few clicks, you’ll get a clear and personalised understanding of your content. This enhancement is particularly useful for training managers who have to juggle between various categories and dispersed teams.
Let’s imagine for example, that you would like to rate courses published in English for a group of English-speaking employees. Using the “Language” and “Publication Status” filters, you’ll get the answer you’re looking for in just a few seconds.
Intuitive user experience
We have carefully incorporated the new filters into the Mission Center to ensure simple and enjoyable navigation. Their clear and intuitive interface makes familiarisation child’s play; even for users unaccustomed to advanced management tools.
We’ve also taken your feedback into account so that the function addresses your needs. The filters are adapted to various user scenarios, whether you manage a small catalogue or an extensive course library.
