The speakers
With a professional background in the luxury retail industry and a professional course from SDA Bocconi University in Management of Fashion & Luxyury companies, Ermelinda honed her skills by starting her journey as a Sales Assistant at Hermès. She quickly became an Omnichannel Senior Client Advisor and Training Partner in Store at Tiffany&Co. Later on, she joined Acqua di Parma as Global training Specialist, creating Ad Hoc Training & Design development for countries action plans related to special projects and training KPI’s analysis on digital basis too.
Thanks to the master’s degree in human resources, learning management and Digital skills held in 24ore Business School, and his very powerful retail experience first Coach in a fast environment and in Flagship store Balenciaga as a Training Ambassador, Ayoub’s skills were immediately oriented on Client centricity, Retail and digital. From 2023, Ayoub joined Acqua di Parma as Global Training Specialist, focusing on creating and delivering trainings and special mission of owning an Editorial plan strategy for the Digital Learning experience.
Responsible for Teach on Mars’ partner ecosystem and Brand Awareness, Alexandre is passionate about Edtech and lifelong learning more generally. He joined Teach on Mars in 2019 to take part in this bold mobile revolution.
